Also one set of forms to be used Nationwide in all health care facilities,will again save Millions of $. I am on Soc. Sec. Disability and paying 5% of my check~'for Medicare, this is too much. Costs can be controlled by Central buying by the Fed. Government. For example all drugs can be purchased for millions; at a fair cost, let's say the current charge for a pill is now, 47 cents, but it costs only 17 cents to mfg. then. the new cost that the government will pay, should e maybe 30cents for this pill (all this information can be fed into the computer. system, and fair costs can be; figured out for each and every item. . this will allow plenty of profit for the drug companies.: The DRUG Advertisements  NEED TO BE PROHIBITED, this is a waste of $,and would better  used to keep costs down, the, Doctors know what medicines are out there. This can~'be done in 'Regions, an Easterf1!1 Central & Western region, to keep ,costs controlled &'yet provide fair $$ to each  region, since the costs vary; This.,same buying power"can be used all the way down the line, instead of. 1 CAT scan machine, the gov't , buys for the region, say 12 machines at a much reduced price. All these things are dropped shipped directly to the needed facility. This will save paperwork again... American citizens al1 want a  stronger economy; a better education and a  much  better health care system.  We can stand up for ourselves against the challenges  and oncoming external threats. The  simplistic tactics  of sending military troops in a dangerous mentality fashion, especially since troops in this, so called
"war" are heavily populated with reservists who were, civilian parents torn ,from their spouses and children to fight this questionably urgent.military action; these troops are inadequately trained for this  type of combat action. These are reservists., and National Guard,Troops should remain home, to ,Guard America, that is where they are needed,and should be used. We need 'a more intelligent, comprehensive, multifaceted{approach to~maximize national security that includes a plan to rebuild,  strengthen. and maintain a strong America. If we can accomplish this we can then afford ,to be a strong ,international neighbor:and 'friend to:undeveloped countries. but let's  do this with an example of how to achieve, and share the benefits of real freedom and democracy. In addition, somebody needs to question the Bush Administration regarding ' this; why  didn't we destroy,the poppy fields in Afghanistan when we had the,chance?? Not only do these fields continue to' supply two thirds of the world's heroine, but they  also, provide hundreds of millions.of dollars to the terrorists,. IT IS, TIME THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAD A REAL VOICE IN THIS  COUNTRY, IF, they did and were the one's really deciding what happens in this country, then we would have a true democracy, and not just  a republic, ruled by the rich, for the rich. One that is truly governed by the People (the other 85%).  The time to stand up is now, if you agree with my ideas, then vote for John Edwards, as President, and Obama, as vice president....this is I predict the winning ticket, and the choice of the Democratic Party.    WHY SHOULD THE RICH ALWAYS BE THE  ONES THAT CONTROL AND RULE THE GOVERNMENT, WHEN IT IS THE MAJORITY THAT SHOULD BE RULING. I ASK THAT ALL THOSE HARD WORKING AMERICANS THAT WANT CHANGE, CHANGE THAT WILL FINALLY BENEFIT THEM, CHANGE THAT WILL FINALLY GIVE THEM SOMETHING BACK ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, FOR ALL THE TAX MONIES THEY PAY INTO THE SYSTEM. IT IS THE AMERICAN WORKER THAT HAS MADE THE COMPANIES RICH, IT IS THE AMERICAN WORKER'S SWEAT THAT HAS MADE THESE PEOPLE RICH. Are those that make truly enormous amounts of money, like corporate CEO's, and t.v. stars, and sports stars, who make millions of dollars a year, going to starve because they are finally paying their fare share? One that is making say 12 million a year, are they going to say they can't live on the remaining money they have after paying their fare share of taxes? This person who would now have to pay less than 2 million dollars now in taxes, would they say they can't live on the remaining $10 Million; Yeah, my heart bleeds for you people. It is TIME THAT THESE PEOPLE START PAYING THEIR FARE SHARE, THEY GET RICH OFF THE BACKS OF THEIR WORKERS, FANS, ETC.; SO LET'S TELL THEM, TO START PAYING WHAT THEY SHOULD BE PAYING. Regarding companies that are not making the amount of
money they think they should be making, and want to move their business overseas, which usually translates to Profit Margins; will have to be addressed. Any time an American company thinks they want to mover their operation overseas, this should be stopped immediately. From now on they will have to apply to the Federal Government, and state clearly their exact reasons why they feel they need to do this. Then the Federal Government, should send in a team, maybe two or three individuals who are specialists in computers and number crunching, to see what can be done to save costs. For example in most cases where there are a number of vice presidents receiving absurd salaries, these individuals should be terminated, the U.S. Government runs with only one President, and One Vice President; so any company could run the same way. Then continue and go from there, to see what else is a problem, then come up with solutions, to save these jobs.
There are always answers, usually relatively simple ones, that can be gleaned from using Common Sense, and Basic Intelligence; which the government, always seems to have a short supply of. ALL THOSE THAT AGREE WITH AT LEAST THE MAJORITY OF WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN HERE, SHOULD MAKE THEIR AGREEMENT KNOWN TO JOHN KERRY, AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY WITH EMAILS AND LETTERS; AND ANY OTHER WAY THEY CAN. THIS IS OUR COUNTRY, OUR AMERICA, LET'S TAKE IT BACK, AND MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT AGAIN, MAKE IT THE COUNTRY THAT ALL OTHERS WILL ENVY, AND WANT TO EMULATE. LET'S ALL WORK TOGETHER, AND BE ONE ENTIRELY. LET'S GET AWAY FROM ALL THE INFIGHTING, AND LET'S RETURN TO THE WAY IT USE TO BE REGARDING ENGLISH AS THE PRINCIPAL LANGUAGE SPOKEN IS THIS COUNTRY. THIS IS NORTH AMERICA, IT WAS ALWAYS ENGLISH THAT WAS OUR LANGUAGE IN SCHOOLS, IN THE WORKPLACE, AND UNIFORMLY SPOKEN ACROSS AMERICA AS THE PRINCIPAL LANGUAGE- WE NEED TO RETURN TO THAT ONCE MORE. WE ARE ALL AMERICANS, NOT AFRICAN/AMERICAN, NOT SPANISH AMERICAN, NOT IRISH/AMERICAN, NOT A CHINESE/AMERICAN, NOT A GERMAN/AMERICAN..IF YOU WERE BORN HERE, OR BECAME A U.S. CITIZEN, THEN YOU ARE JUST AN "AMERICAN". . WITH NO ONE THINKING THEY ARE BETTER, WE ARE ALL "ONE", WE ARE ONE NATION UNDER GOD. Stop the fighting among ourselves, UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. We have the strength to be so much more, we have the money to be so much more, it is time that money was used to make this country, and it's people Great once more. SO LET'S ALL STAND TOGETHER, AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR AMERICAN, AND OURSELVES, LET'S ALL PULL TOGETHER, AND PAY OUR FARE SHARE TO MAKEOUR COUNTRY TRULY THE BEST IN THE WORLD..  REMEMBER THE ONES WHO REALLY NEED THE CARE, THE OLD FOLKS; OF WHICH WE ALL WILL BE SOMEDAY THE ONES IN NURSING HOMES, BEING UNDERFED, UNDERCARED FOR, MISTREATED, ABUSED IT SHOULD NOT BENECESSARY FOR THESE PEOPLE TO SELL THEIR HOMES AND EVERYTHING, SO THEY CAN PLACE A PARENT, A HUSBAND OR WIFE, OR EVEN A CHILD, WHO REALLY NEEDS THIS KIND OF CARE TO GET IT    THEY SHOULD GET IT, AND WILL GET IT, WITH THIS NATIONAL HEALTHCARE PROGREAM. UNDER THIS NATIONAL HEALTHCARE PROGRAM, ALL HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES AND CLINICS WILL BE CHECKED EVERY 6 MOS. OR IF THEIR IS A MAJOR COMPLAINT AGAINST ANY HOSPITAL, OR NURSING HOME OR EVEN CLINICS. THERE SHOULD BE A NATIONAL
HOTLINE IN PLACE THAT CLEARLY PUTS INFORMATION AT ANYONES FINGERTIPS REGARDING ANY DOCTOR OR OTHER HEAL THE CARE WORKER WHO HAS HAD ANY CHARGES OF MALPRACTICE, OR SIMILAR CHARGES PLACED AGAINST THEM, THE OUTCOME, AND THEIR STANDING IN THE NATIONAL HEAL THE CARE PROGRAM AT ANY GIVEN TIME INCLUDING IF THEY ARE ON PROBATION, BEEN REINSTATED OR TOTALLY OUTLAWED FROM PRACTICING MEDICINE, NOT ONLY IN THE STATE WHERE THE CHARGES STARTED, BUT IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES; SO THEY CANNOT

By the way this holds true for the National Health care Program too, their will be ONE UNIFORM FORM, WITH 5 COPIES BUilT IN, that will be used Nationwide in all hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices nationwide.
This will cut down confusion, it will save trees, and make things a lot easier, and more economical too. This is just one cost cutting measure that will be implemented. My other proposal will be to have all doctors, all hospitals, all clinics fill out information sheets, that will contain information such as the costs they encountered the past year, what they paid for implements, all the things they purchased to do their job, and what they charged their patients for these things, and services. A detailed report of what they charge for the various services and surgeries they perform. A full detailed report from all hospitals as to what they paid for everythign they use in the hospital, and what they charged for these same things, when billed to their patients and insurance companies. A full detailed report on salaries they paid to all of their employees, according to the position they have there. Then all this information will be fed into computers, to come up with the average charges they are paying and charging for all these things. Then the country will be divided into three regions, the East, the Midwest, and the West. Adjustments will be made for each region, and cost and charges for all services will be determined for all these services, so that we have a uniform service charge throughout the region. Once this has been done, under the National Health care Plan, these payments will be made according to the information we have determined for the "average" charges for each
service or procedure. This will help control costs, as will bulk buying for each region. Now  one of the key issues will be controlling the prescription drug costs, this can easily be done by contacting the major drug manufactures, and telling them you want to have the exact costs involved with each and every drug the manufacture; this won't be hard, they will have these figures on hand already. Now after compiling this information, they will send in , and once again we put the computers to work, comparing the costs on each and every drug. We then contact the drug manufactures and tell them what we feel is a fair price for each drug they sell.
Now this will be for each drug company, who are in competition with each other. If they cooperate, we can split the buyng amongst them, if not, then one company may very well get the bulk of that business; leaving the other drug company to find some other outlet for the sale of their drugs. In other words, we now will have a large membership, I would guess somewhere around 143,000,000 people that will sign up for the National Healthcare Plan; this gives us the strength to negotiate fair prices    therefore we control the costs. Now in closing, I feel that if those who at first thought my ideas were unfair to them, that these same people think of the country as a whole, and think of what is good for the country as a whole, what is good for the American people, what is good for America. Are they going to say; they don't want to see a National Healthcare Plan, that they don't want to see deficit cut down to a non­deficti situation, and start building a surplus again, within the first four years of a new administration? Are they going to say it would be wrong to start now, in rebuilding the country's infrastructure, to make sure all schools have the funding they need to provide the kind of education we should be providing to all who want it? Are they going to say, it is wrong to be part of the once again...GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD? The Republicans have put us so far into the deficit hole, it is unbelievable, and we as Americans, don't like being in the hole.. Give us the opportunity to make this country great again, give us the opportunity to put all Americans who want to work, to work as quickly as possible. Give us the opportunity to give the American People what they deserve--a true democracy, governed by the majority, a healthcare plan they can be proud of, a tax system that is finally fair for all. These things willi give this country pride, it will give Americans more money to spend, and they will be paying taxes also, they will be able to feed and clothe their families better, to enjoy life in the U.S. better; they will once again feel worth and pride in themselves, and in this country, Then we can go to work on rebuilding the way other countries view us. We are not the World Leader, as we once were; we need to be again. I have thoughts on these things too, as to what we need to do regarding this. I IMPLORE ALL AMERICANS TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN, IT IS FOR THE GOOD OF AMERICA, AND ALL AMERICANS. IT IS WHAT WILL BEGIN TO PUT THIS COUNTRY BACK ON TOP ONCE MORE. SO LET'S PULL TOGETHER AMERICA, THINK UNITY, THINK WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL.  Let's not  waste time, we need to make these changes effective before mid 2008.
